We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do use technology to collect and maintain certain information about you, which is available as needed to some employees of this company. We work to maintain your privacy throughout the application and loan process.

However, we do want you to be aware that there is some information that we will need to collect from you. During the process of application you will need to provide things like your social security number, your name and address, and your assets and income. This type of information is called nonpublic personal information. We will also keep on file a record of your loans with us, as well as the repayment history and balances. We may also receive information from other parties about you. This may include information about your creditworthiness. It may also include information about your credit history.

The law permits us to disclose much of the aforementioned information to financial service providers, who provide services for you on our behalf. We also also permitted by law to give this information to consumer reporting agencies, as well as to any government entities with proper subpoenas. Beyond this, we do not make a practice of talking about your private information with anyone, except as allowed by law. These policies are in place for active customers. However, if you become an inactive customer, we will still follow the same privacy policies and guidelines that are in place. Again, your privacy is very important to our company.
